YIH TAI GLASS INDUSTRIAL CO., LTD.
Founded in 1982, in Hsinchu City, Taiwan, Yih Tai Glass Industrial Co., Ltd. is a family-owned, well experienced custom designer and manufacturer of high quality cosmetic and skin-care containers and accessories.

Yih Tai started the business from manufacturing pharmaceutical glass vials, and then entered high quality cosmetic packaging industry. Our product line has been then expended to a wider range of glass containers from essential oil bottles, single ball roll-on bottles, three-ball roll-on bottles, spatula packs, powder mixer (duo mixer lotion bottles, cream jars, foundation bottles, and an assortment of accessories such as glass diptubes, droppers, push-button droppers. To better satisfy customers’ needs, we have also stepped in to produce plastic bottles, jars and airless bottles. Following the increase in demand for decoration, spraying, silk screening and hot stamping processes were added.

With more than 30 years of experience, Yih Tai is now capable to provide complete custom-built and turnkey packaging solutions, from product design, mold development, production, and an extensive selection of decoration options, coating, silk-screen and hot-stamping, to final assembly and shipping arrangement.

Aiming to provide the best quality of products and services to our customers, Yih Tai is awarded ISO 9001: 2015 quality management system certification, and ISO 14001: 2015 environment management system certification. Mold

One of Yih Tai Packaging lndustrial Company’s Key competitive advantages over its competitors is its ability to design the molds required for its customers bot on glass and plastic. We have a team of the experienced and dedicated engineers and technicians by utilizing the precision EDM technology machines focusing purely on mold design. This strength in precision mold making enables Yih Tai to provide satisfactory services and needs to our customers.

Glass

Yih Tai Glassware business department specialized in the production of high precision chemical containers, mainly used for containing injection liquid medicine, blood ingredients containers, such as insulin, vaccine, Placenta extract, and high-concentration drug containers, cosmetic containers etc. In addition, Yih Tai has been doing research and development of new products for cosmetics, skin care product. With varies of shape, function bottles & jars developed, they are provided and met to every scale market around the world. Currently, we have been developing many patented products that capable of injecting a mixture of powder and liquid. It features a lift-cap and powder-liquid mixture injector assembly.

Plastic

After winning international recognition, Yih Tai has set up a plastic business department in 1997, which manufactures medical and cosmetic containers and accessories. Under rigorous production control to ensure all our products exceed the highest health and safety standards, Yih Tai’s plastics business department provides customers with superior quality cosmetics container products.

Coating

Yih Tai coating business department provides customers with services in colorful coating effect on the bottle. Not only providing translucent color ink, bot also opaque color ink service and double color layer coating technology, they all do rich the container new image. With brand-new package design, every decorated package wins the look from every consumer in the market.

Printing

Yih Tai printing business department provides customers with services in printing labels, drug names and instruction of use on the bottles, utilizing both silk screening and hot-stamping processes. We provide customers with a high-quality and high-volume automated manufacturing operation: from product design, production, printing and final assembly, the complete manufacturing process is monitored and controlled to ensure the maximum in product quality and customer satisfaction.

Assemble

We assemble all part into one by In-Line Process. By doing the In-Line assembly, quality control can be done real-time during production.
