Glass Bottle Manufacturing

YIH TAI utilizes glass tubing materials that comply with U.S. Pharmacopeia (USP) Type I standards, meeting the stringent requirements of high-precision pharmaceutical formulations in terms of sealing, stability, and compatibility. These materials are widely used for packaging injectables, blood products, and vaccines.

In manufacturing, we have introduced fully automated glass bottle production lines from leading international suppliers, integrating automatic tube-insertion modules and automated inspection systems to ensure dimensional and visual consistency. Spray Coating Process

We specialize in spray coating for cosmetic packaging, combining precision equipment with stable process control to deliver color and texture in their purest form.

Printing and Hot Stamping Process

YIH TAI offers a wide range of bottle printing and stamping services, including high- and low-temperature screen printing, hot stamping, and UV curing technologies.
High-temperature printing enhances ink adhesion after baking, providing resistance to washing and sterilization—ideal for products that demand high hygiene and durability.
Low-temperature printing, on the other hand, preserves vibrant ink colors for bright, eye-catching visual effects.
YIH TAI also offers metallic foil stamping to add a luxurious and distinctive look to packaging.

Our newly introduced UV curing conveyor system improves printing yield and productivity while reducing energy consumption and solvent emissions, achieving both quality and environmental friendliness.
Through precise processing, product names, logos, and usage information can be directly printed on bottles, minimizing secondary labeling and transport-related loss and cost—helping brands create packaging solutions that balance design, texture, and practicality.


Assembly Process

The Assembly Department operates with standardized procedures and fully automated machinery, including automatic head assembly machines, gasket assembly machines, and adhesive dispensing systems.
These technologies significantly enhance production capacity and assembly precision while minimizing human error—ensuring every batch maintains consistent and stable quality.

Beyond improving structural assembly efficiency, YIH TAI has strengthened its cleanliness control process by introducing industrial-grade electrostatic dust removal equipment.
This system provides high-efficiency dust elimination with low energy consumption and zero consumables, effectively removing fine particles from packaging surfaces before and after assembly.
